  • Initial consultations are typically approximately 60 minutes

  • Appointment times are reserved specifically for you

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee. This policy helps us respect the time of our practitioners and other patients.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are payable at the time of your appointment

  • We offer on-the-spot private health insurance claiming via HICAPS

  • Medicare EPC and DVA services require a valid referral

Fee schedules are available upon request and may change from time to time.
